NightWatch coordinates and monitors AI coding tools running on workers you control during the private paid beta.
You are responsible for the code, commands, repositories, and credentials on your worker. Review generated changes before merging, deploying, or using them in production.
No hosted worker or managed AI execution is included in the Pro beta. Bring your own Claude/Codex CLI subscription, local CLI login, or worker environment.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal. Australian Consumer Law applies.
Refund policy TODO(owner-review): refund requests should include the Stripe customer email, invoice id, affected session id, and exported run log. During private paid beta, we review refund requests case by case against the service boundary and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer guarantees.
Account deletion requests are handled through support after ownership verification. Deletion covers NightWatch account, worker, session, log, and billing metadata that NightWatch controls, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment processor retention requirements.
